What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.
Who we are

What we collect
Only what you give us and what the site needs to work:
- Enquiry details — the name, phone number, email address, business name, city, topic and message you submit through the contact form, or send us by WhatsApp or email.
- Technical data — anonymous, aggregated page analytics (pages viewed, country, referrer, device class). We do not use these to identify individuals.
- Anti-abuse data — your IP address is checked against a rate limit when you submit the form, and discarded afterwards. It is not stored alongside your enquiry.
We do not collect special category data, we do not buy contact lists, and we do not run advertising trackers that follow you across other websites.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare for a call you have booked, and to keep a record of who we have spoken to so that a second conversation does not start from zero. Where you have asked to hear from us, to send occasional writing. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Our own consultants, and the service providers that run this site's infrastructure — hosting and form storage (Cloudflare), calendar booking (Calendly), email delivery, and WhatsApp if that is the channel you chose. Each processes data on our instructions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with any other client, partner or advertiser.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the relationship is live, and for three years after the last contact so we can pick up an old conversation. Engagement records are kept for the period our professional and tax obligations require. You can ask us to delete anything sooner.
Client confidentiality
Information you share about your business during an engagement is covered by our engagement terms and by the IMCI code of professional conduct, which is stricter than this policy. We do not publish client figures, name clients as references, or reuse client material without written permission.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to care@bluemangoconsultinggroup.com and we will act within thirty days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you may raise it with the relevant data protection authority.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. Analytics are collected without cookies wherever the provider supports it. Third-party pages we link to — Calendly, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack and Check The Idea — set their own cookies under their own policies once you go there.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. This version is effective from August 2026.
