Nothing. Thirty minutes with a senior consultant — not a junior screener. We discuss your situation, share our initial read, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we say so and point you somewhere useful.

Owner-led Indian businesses — typically ₹25 lakh to ₹5 crore in turnover, and ambitious ones pushing past it. Manufacturers, distributors, traders, retail and consumer brands, professional services firms and family businesses. We also work with mid-market and corporate clients, and with institutions running entrepreneurship programmes.

With a two-to-four week Discovery and Analysis sprint at a fixed fee. It ends with a concrete deliverable: the two or three constraints actually holding the business back, and the plan to remove them. You decide after that whether to continue into implementation. There is no retainer to start.

Most run twelve to eighteen months, because that is how long it takes for a structural change to show up in the numbers and hold there. Shorter, tightly scoped pieces of work — a market entry study, a pricing review, an investor pack — are also common.

We implement alongside your team. The plan meets the shop floor, the distributor and the sales call, and gets amended by what it finds there. Consulting that stops at the recommendation is not what we sell.

The Institute of Management Consultants of India is the country’s apex body for the profession, affiliated with the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes. Membership carries a code of conduct, a competency standard and a complaints process — which is to say it is verifiable, and it can be withdrawn.

A senior consultant leads every engagement, and the founder is personally involved in the diagnosis. We deliberately built the firm so that owner-led businesses get that level of attention at small-business economics rather than being handed to whoever is free.

It stays with us. Engagements run under strict confidentiality, we decline work that would put us in a conflict of interest with an existing client, and we do not use client numbers as marketing material without written permission. The case studies on this site are published exactly as the client approved them.

The firm is run from Rajkot, with offices in Ahmedabad and Mumbai and reach across the UAE, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. For Indian engagements we work on site — being in the building is usually where the useful information is.

The opening Discovery and Analysis sprint is a fixed fee agreed before it starts. Implementation work is scoped and priced per phase, and retainer programmes — fractional CMO, CFO or COO — are monthly. We quote in writing before any work begins and we do not bill for the first conversation.
